Kadi Ledger
Kadi's journey began as a volunteer at the Mothers’ Milk Bank of Louisiana. Throughout six years at the milk bank, she played a pivotal role in its growth and discovered a passion for helping fragile infants and their families. With a background in milk banking operations, event coordination, and spa management, Kadi transitioned into the role of HMBANA’s Project Manager. Here, she continues to work behind the scenes, focusing on media content creation, administrative support, and operational functions with an equity lens. Kadi holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Administration from The University of New Orleans, where she graduated magna cum laude.
