Katera Goldman is the Senior Donor Screener at the Mother's Milk Bank of the Western Great Lakes in Illinois, where I  chair the Equity Committee. She is a certified Phlebotomy Technician with additional certifications in Food Safety Management,  Allergen Awareness, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and just recently completed the lactation counselor training course! Katera is an active member of the HMBANA Equity Committee; outside of work, she enjoy attending concerts and spending time with her family and friends.
